We are looking for a Market Manager for our Transformers business unit to be responsible for covering the complete transformer demand of the Swedish market together with an experienced team.
Your responsibilities
Lead the transformers sales team in Sweden
Build and maintain strong and consistent relationships throughout the business and with our customers.
Coordinate and communicate with supplying factories
Drive marketing and sales in the domestic market, including product launches
Ensure balanced growth through all product lines/product groups
Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value based selling approach
Ensure meeting the annual order received target
Monitor the Swedish transformer market (demand, competitor movements, etc.)
Forecast and close follow-up on all PGTR sales projects in the Swedish market on monthly basis
Follow-up the projects under execution

Your background
Your experience has provided you with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This means that you are a sharp negotiator, with an excellent ability to resolve issues, lead teams and work constructively with customer relations.
You have proven experience in technical sales also for larger projects
Willingness to travel (20%)
Experience with customer relation management tools like SalesForce
Swedish and English language skills are required
