Marketing Assistant

We need a team member, a marketing assistant, who can assist us in our marketing tasks and work with producing marketing materials
Role:
In the role of marketing assistant, you will mainly focus on assisting to design and implement marketing campaigns, newsletters via email, and assistant marketing process and marketing projects.
There are good development opportunities in the role and the opportunity to shape your development according to your individual interests and strengths.
Responsibilities are:
Assist in writing social media, marketing, and website content
Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
Monitoring social media accounts, relevant industry journals, and websites, and creating short summary reports for the company
Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
Assisting in organizing presentations and events
Assisting with promotional documents and activities (brochures, press releases, etc)
Assisting liaison with customers/external agencies
Helping to organize market research.
Assisting in the creation of reports on marketing performance.
Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Helping with reaching out to prospective clients and partners and providing marketing material to them.

Skills and requirements:
Has a university degree from relevant field (marketing or business administration)
Documented marketing experience from student clubs and/ or marketing activities, part time work during studies
Has experience with G-suit Google Workspace
Has experience working with MS Office package
Has familiarity with online communities in Discord (Slack or Zulip experience is equivalent)

Plus if you have
Some experience in web /marketing/coordination tools (figma, canva, basecamp,Trello or Jira etc.)
Knowledge in CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adword
Good communication and collaboration skills.
