Position Overview
The Marketing Training & Enablement Team, owns, manages and drives global project implementations and roll-out for the Marketing Operations Technology Team (MOT) and their stakeholders. Our Marketing Communication team is responsible for coordination of communication and ensuring change management as part of new trainings and initiatives.
The global marketing communications role execute communications to drive change management, to make our marketers and stakeholders informed and adaptable to changes. We work closely together with project managers, training managers and leadership to plan and successfully execute communications to marketers and external stakeholders.
• Communication coordination, own and manage communication to stakeholders
• Communications planning: consolidate information, plan, prioritize and execute communications for the Marketing Operations & Technology team as well as broadly to the BSM organization with different types of sources
• Manage, prepare and host several meetings
• Content creation: prepare presentations, write communication, scripts and announcements etc.
• Create email and manage send out of communication to various teams such as general information, newsletters and system alerts
• Execute communication in various formats including audience management
Responsibilities also includes to drive and execute global communication based on action plan and audience. This is a global role that requires global thinking, possibility to think outside of the box, take own initiatives, and being a real doer. It also requires that you are a creative problem solver with a positive and innovative mindset.
As a Marketing Communications person, you will belong to Marketing Training & Enablement team under Marketing Operations & Technology, in Business Strategy and Marketing (BSM) team.
High level responsibilities
▪ Plan, build and execute communications
▪ Host and manage weekly and monthly meetings: decide agenda, set requirements, host and facilitate
▪ Own and manage communication creation and send outs from Marketing Operations & Technology
▪ Manage internal information channels and documentation storage
▪ Project management: drive communication projects and drive adoption
▪ Report out on communication KPI´s
Minimum Qualifications
• Experienced in global communications
• Service-minded personality with a positive attitude
• Stakeholders management
• Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment
• Ability to work in a structured manner in a complex and multicultural environment
• Quality and time-bound conscious
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Education and Experience
• Strong Project management skill
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing personality
• Marketing and Technical System knowledge
• Content creation experience
• Fluent in Business English
• Bachelor degree
• Experience to manage various stakeholders in multiple countries:
o Clear and concise communication skills
o Conflict management skills
o Out-of-box mind set
