Marketing Coordinator

We are now recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to our Marketing and Communications team in Getinge.


The position
The purpose of the role is to support and coordinate Marketing and Communications activities for Getinge Infection Control. You will become part of a global team and will work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. The position involves daily support- and coordination activities as well as managing MarCom related projects.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Support relevant stake-holders with knowledge and experience within the marketing and communication field
• Support and coordinate admin tasks for International Getinge Infection Control exhibitions and congresses
• Support to sales and service units with daily adaption of material such as ad’s, campaigns, photos etc.
• Be responsible for maintenance and development of our marketing platforms
• On quarterly basis develop and communicate internal- and external news-letters to identified target-groups
• Overall CVI responsibility for Infection Control, development of new templates, graphic design and global CVI approval process
• Support with graphic lay-out for exhibitions, advertisement and internal- and external communication
• Ownership of the global translation process run through Xplanation
• Develop relevant processes and procedures to optimize graphic production, translations and printed material.

Travel is estimated to less than ten days per year.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for a service-minded and customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills. You are self-starter who works well independently as well as in teams, and you have a great ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Having the right attitude and a can-do mind-set is crucial. Since the role involves interaction with several different contact areas in different countries and on different levels, it is important that you are extroverted and courageous with a great ability to establish strong networks.

Some of your key characteristics include:
• Good knowledge and experience within the marketing- and communication field
• Project management skills and experience
• University degree within Marketing and Communications is beneficial
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of In-design, Photoshop and Apsis is beneficial but not required
• Good verbal and written skills in English
