This is a temporary position for 12 months.

The Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant position is a dual role supporting the head office in various functions, working with all levels of management and organization. This position requires a high level of flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments on an on-going basis as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

As Marketing Coordinator you will assist with organizing trade shows, seminars and meetings as well as support the design of various marketing materials. You will also be the administrator for our Intranet and involved in developing and updating our external web page. Other tasks include preparing presentations and reports, participating in various marketing activities as well as other marketing related tasks.

As Office Assistant you will be responsible for office maintenance, ensuring the head office is representative at all times. Your tasks include ordering supplies, coordinating office cleaning staff, maintaining office equipment, handling the mail, assisting with meeting and travel arrangements etc. You will also welcome guests and give a great first impression to our visitors.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with high personal integrity and a sense of humour.

As a person you are outgoing, service minded and flexible with a good understanding of working in a dynamic and complex environment of a multinational company. You are driven and take responsibility for ensuring that all tasks are finalized on time. Good judgement, problem solving ability, strong organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to work independently are other important qualifications.

You have a bachelor?s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and preferably one year of experience from similar tasks. (Experience from jobs during university studies will also be considered.) Good knowledge of MS Outlook and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Word, Excel) is a requirement, as well as proven experience from graphical design (i.e. InDesign or Photoshop) and web/Intranet (Drupal, Lemoon or SharePoint). You have excellent oral and written communication skills and your English is fluent, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an asset.

The position will be based at PartnerTech?s Head office in Malmö, Sweden, and report to Corporate Communications Manager.
