We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join one of the leading consumer electronics companies in the world! This is a consultancy opportunity starting ASAP until April 2022 with possible extension.

Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator you will ensure that all activities in the area of marketing communications are in line with the company and brand policy. This is in order to win and retain the awareness and preference of Samsung as a brand and as a company, towards channel partners, end customers, and relations. Some of the key accountabilities for this role will be: 

Go-to-market Campaigns and Promotions
- Manage the market calendars and set up activities that are aligned with SEACE business objectives and marketing strategy to support sales and channel development of local subsidiary
- Monitor and report marketing activity results and reccomend improvements
- Ensure that all marketing activities and materials are in line with the brand identity, local policies, and localization guidelines provided
- Serve as the primary go-to person to discuss as-needed marketing matters in the broadest sense


Internal and External Communication
- Work and communicate efficiently with own team and other departments (e.g. Sales, Presales, Service)
- Create reports with status and outcome of the campaigns and promotions for the AC Head, Sales Managers, and Product Manager about the running campaigns and promotions
- Participate in SEACE HQ marketing meetings and represent the voice of local subsidiary
- Provide relevant feedback and insights to SEACE HQ marketing on as-needed basis


Marketing Vendor Management
- Serve as first point of contact for all local marketing vendors and be responsible for the creation and approval of vendor contracts in alignment with SEACE guidelines and templates
- Ensure accurate and complete information for new vendor registrations and existing vendor pool in BQMS

- Create clearly substantiated vendor briefings for the development of marketing activities and align with local Corporate Marketing and SEACE HQ marketing where needed


Marketing Planning and Budget Management

- Manage the local annual Marketing budget in alignment with AC Head and SEACE HQ Marketing. 

- Prepare and coordinate monthly marketing activity planning and align expense forecasting in cooperation with TIM as part of the monthly Target Planning Process. 

- Fulfill the role of local marketing activity owner and as such prepare and oversee Plan Proposals, Execution Orders/Purchase Orders, and Marketing Invoices, following defined processes and guidelines


Customer visits to understand the market and to understand what to offer and how to support


Set up events/seminars/road shows to support the sales of AC business.

Suitable Background: Bachelor's Degree


Photoshop 


InDesign


Fluent in Swedish and English 


Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
