Arbetsuppgifter:

You will have two main roles:

Nordic Marketing Database Coordinator – 50%
• Being the marketing expert on iMD (BCG’s integrated Marketing Database) and responsible for answering any queries on the database from local marketers, partners/principals and EAs within the Nordic region
• Running training sessions with new Nordic users on how to use the iMD to ensure they are comfortable with the system and using it correctly
• Maintaining and further developing standardized and efficient processes & procedures with regards to iMD
• Monitoring, measuring and analyzing key marketing metrics with the help of iMD
• Coordinating Nordic mailings including preparing target lists, cleaning data and using direct mail software to monitor and track performance

Local Marketing Coordinator for Stockholm office – 50%.
Together with the Nordic Marketing Manager and Stockholm Partners and Principals, you will be developing and implementing the local marketing plan. Marketing activities include among others,
• Event coordination – venue finding, managing suppliers and logistics, budget management, developing invitation lists, managing and chasing responses, management on the day of the event and post-event follow-up and evaluation
• Coordination of the invitation process for BCG’s European client events (for Stockholm clients)
• Supporting Stockholm Partners and Principals with the media activities

Profil:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Educational background Master or BBA, preferably in marketing
• 2-4 years of experience of marketing role in a B2B environment
• Strong IT skills and experience in database management
• Excellent Swedish and English skills (both written and spoken)

• Highly organized
• Must be a team player, patient, motivated and approachable
• Must be able to build working relationships at all levels – internally and with clients
• Must be able to work independently and remotely (Line Manager mainly based in Helsinki)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• You will be a part of the Nordic Marketing team, led by the Nordic Marketing Manager. In your Local Marketing Coordinator role, you will be working closely with the Stockholm Partners, Principals and Executive Assistants
• Some travelling will be required, mainly within the Nordic region
