Information about the assignment: Academic Work recruitment is seeking a marketing manager who will focus on working with digitals channels.Information about the company: EnterCard is a Nordic credit-card business with 300 employees based in offices in Olso, Trondheim, Stockholm and Copenhagen.EnterCard is also currently on its way to expand its operations to Finland.The company has more than 1,5 million credit-card customers in the Nordic region.EnterCard is focused on managing partner-branded credit-card programmes for organizations such as British Airways, Swedish Golf Association, the union Handels in Sweden, Coop and LO in both Denmark and Norway.EnterCard also issues credit cards and corporate cards on behalf of Banks such as Swedbank and SpareBank1 including several Independent SavingsBanks in Sweden and Norway.To target the open consumer market directly, the company also have its own branded credit-card called re:member.For EnterCard it is important to be a responsible lender and therefore promoting sensible use of credit-cards.For more information about the company; www.entercard.com Job description: EnterCard is looking for a marketing manager who will focus on working with digital channels (web, email, SMS).You will be located in the Customer Relationships Development team in Stockholm, which are responsible for optimize the value of EnterCards existing customers by creating high customer engagement.As marketing manager you will develop, run and analyze marketing campaigns to increase customers use of EnterCards credit card. Responsibilities: ?Execute the plan and deliver the targets for customer credit card usage ?Ensure campaign / activities are delivered to agreed time and budget ?Manage the end-to-end campaign management process ?Contribute to develop online marketing capabilities ?Develop web pages and Net bank and other digital channels to build strong relationship with customers online ?Support product development and product management in relation to customer lifecycle management ?Manage agencies, printers and producers ?Track, analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance ?Active participation in team and partner meetings and regional forums ?Possibility to contribute in regional projects Qualifications: ?Higher Economic or/and marketing education.?Broad online marketing experience and great knowledge about SMS, Email and other digital channels.?Broad marketing/commercial experience and skills.?Strong analytical skills are required.Excellent MS Excel skills are essential.You have excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English and Swedish.Have you got Net bank experience it is meritorious.As a person you are able to work autonomously with a strong personal drive.You set high goals for yourself, have problem solving skills and interact well socially.If you have organizational skills and are able to think outside the box it is an advantage.
