Marketing Project Co-ordinator to NASDAQ OMX

NASDAQ OMX is now looking for a Marketing project coordinator, temporary position, to support the NASDAQ OMX Exchanges in Europe (TSN). You will be based in Stockholm reporting to the European Marketing Director based in Stockholm. This is a temporary employment from April 1st 2014 to June 30th 2015.

As a Marketing project coordinator you will support the Marketing Director with tactical planning and implementation cross the region. In order to be successful you need to have excellent skills in digital marketing and experience of working professionally with social media platforms as e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials such as newsletters, invitations, video, e-mailings, DM, fact sheets and manage occasional customer surveys. You will also project lead events and conferences.

Qualifications required:
- 3 years of relevant work experience within Marketing Communications
- Experience working with social media ? we will specifically ask for references in this field
- Experience working with design groups and agencies
- Good Technical skills
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Marketing
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish, another Nordic language is advantageous.

To perform well you need to be highly motivated, driven and creative. You need to be independent and proactive in the way you work and take initiative. It is of great importance that you have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both in oral and written English. Furthermore you need to be used to completing projects and assignments on deadline.

As part of the process you will be asked to share examples of some of the work you have undertaken.
