Job description:
We are looking for a marketing purchaser to secure supply and deliver cost efficient and additional value in our customers sourcing programs. You will work with development of commodity business plans by having a clear view on business demands and supplier market. You will be a part of our customers marketing purchase team, supporting them with various purchasing related topics and tasks, some of them listen below:
- Have a total cost approach by delivering cost savings, cash flow and added-value improvements
- Support and Lead commercial and contractual negotiation with suppliers within the Marketing area
- Support buyers from an analytical standpoint within the sourcing projects
- Support the team with various sourcing related administrative tasks
- Together with Stakeholders prepare and effectuate RFI/RFQ within the Marketing area
- Manage and lead the supply base towards an optimal total cost approach and overall efficiency in delivering long term sustainable profitable growth
- Conduct market-, supplier- and spend analysis to be on top of the Marketing area and be able to perform strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Perform risk management analysis, including financial risk analysis of suppliers
- Example of categories/commodities: Events & Exhibitions, Creative Services, Media, etc.

Required skills:
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant area
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Solid negotiation, commercial and contractual track record
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Professional experience in multi sourcing
