As Marketing & Sales Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Transformers in Ludvika, Sweden. As a Leader you build excellence through diverse teams and courageous conversations. You inspire others to think big, innovate and focus on solutions.
Your responsibilities
Be an inspiring leader, motivator, and coach for the team to reach common goals
Work with marketing & sales, tendering as well as business development for Bushing and Tap Changers manufactured in the factory in Ludvika, targeting the global market
Follow market trends and key KPI’s, strengthen the value propositions and product positioning in the market
Together with sales & marketing teams and team members develop and implement overall market and sales strategies and tactics to ensure that we reach the budget for orders received and profitability levels
Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy
Together with your team prepare and execute customer events, customer trainings, customer visits and participation in trade fairs
Collaborate with other managers and key employees cross functional, within the local as well as the global organization to achieve important goals
Your background
You hold a university degree in engineering, finance or similar
You have previous leadership experience, preferably from a similar position, with the ability to successfully lead and develop teams and team members
Experience with export sales, commercial negotiations, and a global customer base, preferably within a business to business environment
You can balance the short-term needs with long term thinking in a changing environment
On a personal level you are self-motivated, driven and with an overall positive attitude
You have an interest to stay current and to develop yourself professionally & personally
Strong command in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
