Academic Work is on behalf of our client Electrolux looking for a Marketing technology specialist to their main office at Stadshagen. This position is currently a 1 year long consultant mission with good chances of extension.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your first assignment will be to manage the migration and enhancement of a regional product catalog tool into a central digital tool that will be used throughout EMEA in partnership with Electrolux IT, external development teams, key internal business stakeholders and digital managers in key clusters. Once the catalog tool is ready for a central launch, you will be responsible for creating training materials, remotely training users in the clusters, administering the tool and managing the product backlog.

You’ll leverage your organization skills and interest in bringing order to chaos as you develop an understanding of all marketing systems / technologies used across all disciplines of marketing in EMEA, focused initially on those technologies used centrally. Using this knowledge, you will assist with the creation of marketing technology stack diagrams and platform roadmaps.

You will for example:


* Working with EMEA digital marketing, Electrolux IT and other cross-functional internal and external teams
* Create recommendations for and support the rollout of new digital/martech solutions in support of digital transformation initiatives.
* Assisting with technology selection and integration by documenting business requirements and expected outcomes along with supporting financial justifications and ROI analysis.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* 2-5 years experience in a similar role


* Previous working experience in Agile methods and tools
* Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
* Proven record of working collaboratively with multi-cultural teams to deliver projects and provide end user guidance and support.


We think that you are a relationship building person and have a good understanding of business and priorities. You have researched, evaluated and supported the implementation of new or emerging technologies that enabled new capabilities, optimized performance or reduced costs and maintenance. You need to be fairly hands-on and in the details while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.
