Marketing Trainees to Citycon!

We are looking for Marketing Trainees to join our Nordic Marketing team. In this role, you will support our business operations in strengthening the Citycon brand and the shopping center’s brand using modern marketing tools and methods in line with the centralized marketing strategy. You will be located in Kista, with some traveling needs in the Stockholm area and some in the Nordics.

In the Marketing Trainee role you will focus on the connection between the shopping centre and the local community especially by utilizing social media and digital solutions, for this it is important to have good communication skills and be able to sell ideas and convince our tenants. The goal is to create local content through different communication channels to emphasize customer loyalty and commitment. You will also use our analytical tools to evaluate campaigns for reporting purposes. IT skills and experience of the Microsoft Office programs are required. You will be a key player in coordinating activities and events with the shopping centre manager including centralized activities, campaigns and processes.

You will be working in close cooperation with our Swedish Marketing Manager regarding all parts included in the B2C marketing campaigns.

In order to succeed in this position we believe you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field or similar knowledge
• Work experience in retail
• Genuine interest in social media and on-line solutions
• Organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
• A proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to work from own initiative while taking other views into consideration and a willingness to learn
• Great team player attributes
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
