Job Description:
As Site Master Black Belt, you are responsible for:
- Drive and execute a Competency Matrix to identify process knowledge gaps in the organization. Define with local and global leadership the future state and build the training curriculum for it.
- Coach and train Green Belts and Black Belts in the practical application of the LEAN Six Sigma tools to drive significant business impact. Assist and guide in the usage of the tools towards X-Belt certification.
- Lead large, cross-functional projects to drive standardization, quality, stability, and simplification in processes. This includes providing change leadership or Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives.
- Present projects to senior management, get support and serve as a recognized subject matter expert for process and quality focus areas.
- Develop rigorous control plans (phases); working closely with process owners, project champions, and Sr. Leadership to provide leadership and direction on the implementation of LEAN manufacturing. Stablish and lead the local Kaizen Promotion office (KPO).
- Facilitate workouts, kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions to achieve project objectives.
- Act as the gate keeper of site metrics and dashboards. Deploy Hoshin or KPIs flow down.
- Lead and own local productivity engine, connect with local controller and build bridges to translate soft savings into hard savings (P&L).

Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing or business administration.
Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt in LEAN and Six Sigma.
Change management process.

Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- At least 10 years total experience in one or several of the following areas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and/or Project Management.
- A track record of Continuous Improvement efforts with proven successful sustained outcomes and productivity.
- Experience in Healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
- Experienced trainer in LEAN and Six Sigma concepts.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
- Experience building, empowering, and leading talented cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to simplify strategy into simple actions.
