Job Description

We are expanding our activities in Sweden and looking to employ a Material Manager for our Service team located in our office in Uppsala, Sweden.

The Material Manager is responsible for the Swedish spare parts stock and ensures that all material requirements for the operational wind farms are met. Moreover, the role manages stock levels to meet demands and monitors stock movements so correct levels of stock are available at the service points and operational stock costs are kept as low as possible. The Material Manager closely works with Central Stock to help manage the annual stock auditing processes reporting the counts for all service points.

Your tasks are described in detail as follows:
. Responsible for stock control, stock taking and audits as well as the service points stock condition
. Ensuring minimum stock levels
. Ordering of spare parts, local tools and main components and checking their delivery and payments
. Responsible for Material returns
. Support for part identification
. Responsible for logistics and transportation
. Contact person for and regular communication with Central Warehouse

In your role you will report to the Service Area Manager Scandinavia.

Requirements
You should have the following qualification and experience:
. Spares Management / Logistics qualification or Job experience in a similar position
. Experienced in SAP, good IT skills
. Excellent organisational and planning skills
. Driving License, fork lift trained preferable
. Technical Knowledge preferable
. Health and Safety awareness
. Good communicator
. Willing to travel on regular basis
. Can work well in a team or autonomously
