The department for materials technology is responsible for development and testing of new and existing materials. Technical support to the procurement, sales, service departments as well as supporting the R&D organization in topics within materials technology and chemistry is an important part of the work at the department. 

It consists of a wide range of tasks within the areas of mechanical testing, failure analysis, metallurgical assessments of samples from production of newly developed parts and parts produced with new production methods.

The challenge

As part of the department for materials technology you could work with:
* Participate in development projects within the materials technology domain
* Take part in and manage failure and root cause analysis
* Technical support during qualification of suppliers
* Assessments of service exposed components
* Take part in and manage failure and root cause analysis
* Provide technical support to other departments when applicable

Who are you?
* Minimum B.Sc. degree or relevant experience from material sciences
* Strong analytical skills and quality focus
* Dedicated and goal-oriented
* Ability to take initiative and co-operate both internal and external contacts.
* Good skills level in English
