Math Teacher Grade 4-9

Internationella Engelska Skolan Uppsala is a grades 4-9 friskola. We follow the Swedish curriculum, although 50% of the teaching is in English. We provide our students with a chance to command the English language in a safe and orderly environment, in which teachers can teach and students can learn. Both staff and students come from all over the world bringing interesting knowledge, experience and possibilities to the school.

We are looking for an experienced, full time certified teacher of Mathematics for grades 4-6 to begin in August 2014. At IES Uppsala, Math is taught in English. Therefore, fluency in the English language as the language of instruction is a requirement.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic teacher and a good team player. Mentorship of a class will be part of the position.
