We currently have the following job opening;

ME System Manager

As ME System Manager within ME Body In White you are responsible for CEVT developed products. You will have responsibility for managing the resources, and coordinate the deliverables for the project team.

You will also be responsible for managing and developing way off working within in your group. This role reports to Director Body In White and is part of Body In White Management team.                                                                                                                                                                  

Responsibilities and tasks

- Leading Process Driven Product design and alignment of the CEVT/Geely Body In White.                            
- Sets priorities and goals for the team
- Coordinate "one voice" of manufacturing requirements according to agreed BOP
- Leading and distributing the overall work tasks in the cross functional team.
- Leading, coordinating and documenting the working procedures.
- Responsible for identifying the need of changes to have efficient work process at operational level, and the implementation of new ways of working.
- Contributing to recruitment and competence planning for the BIW team in general. 

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects
- Experience in leading people and get the best out of them
- Ability to contribute even when it is tough conditions
- Preferably automotive experience
- Preferably Manufacturing experience within Body In White
- Ability to drive,´present ideas and motivate the team
- Ability to lead and make decisions in a changing environment
- Fluency in English
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
- Ability to develop and apply solutions to complex problems
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to travel
