We Offer You will be working in a creative and stimulating environment together with highly skilled professionals within the Development & Engineering unit, developing and producing packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The company has a global coverage and key product development centers in Sweden(Lund), Italy and USA. Main responsibilities You will be working in close cooperation with Test Engineers, Automation Engineers, Technical Editors and Suppliers as well as being a part of a team of Mechanical Designers.Your key responsibilities will be to develop technical solutions for new equipment as well as upgrading of existing equipment, e.g: * Plan and coordinate pre-studies leading to the definition of new technical solutions * Prepare concept- and finished drawings * Prepare time- and resource planning by project for the design team * Liaise closely with automation and test team members in the various projects * Secure that all internal and external validations meet defined objectives * Secure full documentation of all activities under responsibility * Take technical and functional responsibility for commercialized product through its life cycle Qualifications * Minimum five years of experience as Mechanical Designer * Master''s or Bachelor''s degree in engineering * Experienced user of Pro/Engineer or equivalent 3D design tool * Fluent in English, both written and spoken You are an open person who communicates clearly.You contribute strongly in teamwork and can work independently as well.Your result orientation combined with your analytical and structured mind ensures that you will reach your goals on time.You have the ability to informally lead members of the design team.
