Mechanics Designer with CAD administration responsibility

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Do you have what it takes to help designing the next generation of Mycronic advanced systems? You will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry and take on a role as a Design Engineer as well as a CAD Administrator. You will contribute in designing the mechanics of Mycronic products and administrate the mechanics CAD environment. Your responsibility will be to understand the mechanics of our systems, deliver new mechanical designs and contribute to solutions allowing the systems to perform at the limit of what is theoretically possible. In the other part of your role it will be your mission to find new innovative solutions to improve the performance of our CAD methods. You will be part of a team, responsible for the CAD environment in the global mechanical group.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from other global departments, to deliver a cost efficient mechanical design and efficient CAD environment. Travel will occur to Mycronics offices around the world to help develop the CAD environment and share best practice.

* B sc. in Mechanics, or other relevant areas of knowledge.
* 3-5 years’ experience of mechanics design as a Design Engineer or similar
* 3-5 years’ experience of CAD maintenance in a 3D environment.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

* Have the ability to build strong professional relationships both internally and externally. In your role as CAD Engineer you will educate and hold presentations so you are expected to have strong verbal communication skills.
* Are driven and bold, we are drawing the map as we go along
