Oxford Aviation Academy is the world's leading independent provider for aviation training, personnel solutions and technical support services.OAA recently acquired Parc Aviation to add Aviation Resourcing to their portfolio and now offer a comprehensive service of aviation training, personnel solutions and technical support.Operating from 10 dedicated training centres throughout the UK, Scandinavia, the Far East and the USA with a fleet of 46 Full Flight Simulators; the company serves over 340 international airline customers.Our vision is to be our customers' first choice aviation training, personnel solutions and services partner and the most admired aviation academy in the world.We demonstrate our individual and collective commitment to our vision, missions, values and training approach in everything we do.Oxford Aviation Academy in Stockholm are now looking for a Medical/ Safety Instructor, Ground Training Our ideal candidate has a passion for training, excellent communication skills and is highly experienced in working with teams.You are responsible with a strong desire to get things done as well as self-motivated with the ability to work independently.As an instructor you will train flight and cabin crews in our classrooms and cabin simulators.We believe that the central part in all successful training is efficient two-way communication between trainees and instructors.Successful training is characterized by instructors giving support and encouragement to trainees through a trainee centred and solutions centred approach.Your main responsibilities will be: .Theoretical and practical training including emergency procedures, fire and smoke, first aid, water survival, CRM, EU OPS requirements and other safety regulations as well as customer specific demands..Assisting in developing new products..Travel in accordance with business needs will be required.To be a successful candidate you should have the following qualifications and experience: .Registered nurse with experience from ER is a strong advantage as well as a background within education and/or aviation..Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English as well as command of one or more Scandinavian languages .Good IT knowledge and used to working with Microsoft Office - principally Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.The position as a Safety/Medical Instructor is a full time position based at Arlanda airport, Stockholm.Normal working hours are office hours with occasional evenings and weekends.This is a permanent position starting with a six month probationary period.Click the Apply button below and follow the instructions or visit oaa.com/careers.Unfortunately we do not have the administrative possibility to accept applications by e-mail.
