Tradera is part of eBay since 2006 and is one of Sweden's largest shopping sites with more than 1.2 million unique visitors per week and more than 1.7 million registered members.

As part of an on going initiative to recruit, develop and retain high potential individuals at eBay/Tradera, we are now looking to recruit 5 interns with a passion for enabling trade between buyers and sellers; serving the needs of a self-directing market of members.

MERCHANT INTEGRATION INTERN TO eBAY/Tradera (one position open)
7 months program with flexible start date in January 2014

The Merchant Integration team leads the onboarding process when new professional sellers integrate with Tradera. We successfully lead and define the onboarding process for new Merchants integrating with the Tradera Merchant Integration Platform. We work closely with the Business Sales team to support them with presales activities and provide product and merchant integration expertise in the sales process. A part of our mission is also to work closely with the product owner providing product expectations in all product development initiatives.

As a Merchant Integration intern you will participate in all Merchant Integration areas of responsibilities. You will develop a thorough understanding of the Tradera Platform and the opportunities and challenges for a B2C Merchant integrating with Tradera.
Support Key Account Managers and Technical Pre-Sales during the sales process by providing expertise on how to sell on Tradera, the Tradera platform, and technical requirements for integrating with Tradera.Support project managers in onboarding new B2C Merchants to the Tradera platformSupport the sales team on integration aspects, and ensure that our Business Support team has sufficient knowledge of tools etc.Support our continuous feedback to the Product Management team on business seller's needs, demands on our tools etc.

Onwards, you will take the lead in merchant integrations processes on your own, acting project manager and technical presales for new B2C Merchants.

Required skills & experienceAbility, comfort and excitement to work at the nexus of business and engineering with a mindset and understanding to bridge the two worlds.Self-starter and bridge-builder with the ability to both do hands-on detailed work and keep high level strategic overview.Ability to identify user needs and translate them into winning product strategies. Ability to solve problems and focus on getting the job done.Strong written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English.Strong preference given to candidates who are also active eBay/Tradera users and are familiar with the eBay/Tradera user experience.Top academic performer.
