Job Title: Business Development Manager Small Business Reports to: Susan Alm Kalleberg, Small Business Group Manager Location AKALLA, SWEDEN Role Description Develop a strategic plan to find new channels to sell software - today and in the future - to small businesses (0-50 employees). The individual will be responsible for all planning as well as executing to drive new sales and incremental revenue for the small business segment. An important part is the Non traditional partners and channels ( NTPC ) includes everything from retail, web, telcos, etc Responsibilities Areas of responsibility 1. Drive Customer & Partner Satisfaction . Analysis of potential and current Non traditional partners/channel NTPCs on the market . Engage strong with Non traditional partners/channel (NTPC). 2. Grow Business of the small business segment . Generate new business sales through non traditional partners/channels . Generate new business for all key products suitable for small businesses (Office, Visma, SBS, Dynamics etc ) . Engage non traditional partners/channels in MS marketing campaigns 3. Win Customers . Engage NTPC:s in all sales partnerships . Attract more small businesses to MS portal through NTPC Measurement and Accountabilities: . Develop and implement business development framework . Joint business plans with NTPCs . Increase Small Business revenue with NTPC . Develop and set up new sales channels with NTPCs . Increase Small Business Webb reach and Small Business newsletter recruitment Job Skill Attributes: . Experience of strategic business planning . Extensive experience in business development & sales with a proven record . Drive for results . Cross group collaboration . Good communication skills . Innovative mind . Experience from sales and marketing to Small sized enterprises Education: Academic degree preferred Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
