The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) is an agency under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry. MIDA is the Malaysian Governments principal agency that promotes, develops and coordinate investments in manufacturing and selected services sectors in Malaysia.
The MIDA Stockholm office, based at the Embassy of Malaysia, Stockholm is looking for a suitable Clerk to carry out the following duties:
1.Administration matters - to maintain and manage office filing system, inventory, office supplies and preparation of official correspondence.
2.Finance matters - to maintain and manage the financial activities of the office (i.e: preparation of vouchers, accounts, payroll and payments).
3.To assist the Director of MIDA in preparing budgets, financial statements and records.
4. Managing office assets and inventory.
Salary: SEK 23,965 (före skatt)
Minimum Qualification:
1. Degree holder in relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
3. Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
