China Euro Vehicle Technology AB, CEVT, is a development center for future cars of the Geely Group.

CEVT covers all aspects of passenger car development – from the total architecture, to powertrain and drive line components, to top hat engineering as well as the vehicles’ exterior design. Module Team Director -Electrical Integration 

As a Module Team Director you will be responsible for the Electrical Integration team for several vehicle and platform programs. You will be the responsible line manager for the team with the assignment to lead and develop the team. The team is involved in cycle planning, establish and maintain project plans, function implementation planning and change request for specifications. We control and release all SW developed by CEVT/suppliers to the factory and aftermarket. We also manage software issues system for CEVT and coach ECU responsible to come to resolution. In short, we are the project office of the CEVT EE community.
You also take a significant role in the daily electrical integration work and deal with upcoming challenges.
EMC and Electrical performance is within scope as well.

You are both involved in the details of the daily work and the long term strategy questions. You will report to the Vice President at the Electrical department and you will be part of the Electrical Management Team. The position is located in Gothenburg but You have team members located in China (Hangzhou/Cixi) as well, which You have to lead.  The job requires travel to China approx. every quarter.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Lead the Electrical Integration team as the responsible line manager
• Develop work processes, tools and people
• Hire both consultants and employees
• Set the budget and follow up budget progress
• Investigate new tasks and how they affect timing, quality and cost
• Drive and follow up development progress
• Communicate status to upper management

Profile and Background
• M.Sc. Eng. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar background
• Experienced in the automotive development process
• Experience of people management and leadership with ability to lead, engage and inspire your employees and create a team spirit
• Knowledge in the SW/HW development process
• Knowledge about ELP and EMC
• Driven and self-motivated approach towards targets
• As a person you have the ability to lead, take decisions and solve problems in a changing environment
• You have efficient and excellent planning skills
• You have a cultural sensitivity, especially Asian – European culture
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• You have the ability and interest to share your knowledge with other members of the team
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Car driving license
• Able to travel from time to time
