National Key Account Manager till GOJO

GOJO is looking for a National Key Account Manager to create the foundation and develop the Swedish market and further develop the Finnish market. You will report to the Country Manager Northern & Eastern Europe, who is based in Denmark. The position does not include personnel responsibilities. You are preferably located somewhere between Stockholm and Gothenburg.



Sales through distribution

The National Key Account Manager will be overall responsible for building, developing and maintaining the distribution channels in Sweden and Finland. You will work closely with distributors, positioning and selling GOJO?s products. In the Finnish market, the distribution network is already built, and here the task will be to drive the activities on the market in order to support the distribution and strengthen the market position. In Sweden, focus will be on building the market and establishing the right distribution channel.

As the products are distributed through distributors, your main task will be to gain new distributors and be responsible for training, education and co-visit as well as creating activities with sales departments. In addition, you will be responsible for visiting potential end users. This is done in cooperation with distributor sales people or alone.

As you will be the first employee in the Swedish market, your colleagues will be based across Europe and to a certain degree in the USA.



Entrepreneurial mindset

Today, you are probably in a sales position and would like to work with great freedom and responsibility. You are experienced in selling products through distribution channels to one of the focus segments of GOJO. You have a strong knowledge of business and value chain understanding and you bring marketing plans, market surveys, strategies etc. into play in a professional and profitable way.

You are entrepreneurial and have a lot of initiative. You know how to prioritize your time. You always find a solution and a negotiable road. Besides doing well in social interaction and knowing how to build long-lasting business relations, you have a strong sales profile with a hunter mindset.

You are proficient in oral and written Swedish and English and you have solid experience with MS Office. The position is expected to require travelling approx. 70 days a year.
