Job description:

Managing our NetNames clients, the Sales Coordinator offers first class domain name management support to our clients directly and through their team. The role reports into the Sales Support Manager and the objective is to manage the more administrative duties involved in account management, in order to free up valuable time for our dedicated Account Managers.

• Primary role will be solving general support queries promptly and effectively
• Day to day support for the Account Manager and Corporate Clients
• Liaison with other internal departments to ensure registration work is carried out in a timely and accurate manner
• External communication and research in order to fulfil sales/order for clients
• Data entry and accurate record tracking
• Responsible for all corporate email folders
• Keeping track of and pushing orders through
• Telephone support and email support
• Liaison with local offices to determine necessary documentation is in place
• Provide support, procedural advice and status updates to the account management team as required


Krav på person
Experience:

• Fluency in Swedish and English in oral essential
• Key attention to detail
• Ability to work systematically and the ability to multitask
• IT literacy, MS Office and especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work well under presure
