About the position:

ELITS is always searching for talented Network engineers in Sweden for roles to fill in the near future. As a Network engineer you will be part of a team responsible for the hub security and network in an enterprise level architecture. The focus is on high availability and performance.

The tasks may be divided to both individual and work in projects. It is important that you have a great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. The ability to handle teamwork and co-operation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and a quality delivery to our customers.

Some of many possible duties and responsibilities:

- Formulates, develops, and implements integrated network architectures.
- Follows network/security systems standards for wide area, equipment, system security, and routing protocols.
- Provides project management support in the implementation, installation, and configuration, of networking architecture; coordinates projects with other departments and external organizations.
- Installs, configures, and maintains network operating system and application software, as appropriate; provides on-call support as required.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Note that there is no concrete roll to fill today, however the need will come in the near future. The work location could be in anyone of our four locations in Sweden(Stockholm, Linköping, Karlskrona or Gothenburg).

Qualifications:

It is important that you can handle critical server solutions, and at the same time have a professional attitude, be able to organize your tasks and handle stressful situations. As a Network Engineer you should have a great interest in technology and the ability to visualize the customer needs.

- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of network/Security equipment and networking software and hardware systems and related technologies.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain routers, switches and/or other related hardware and software.
- Ability to analyze and assess computer/network architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions.
- Computer/network systems planning skills.
- Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of group in a diverse community.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science\Information Systems is an advantage.
