Nordic Captive Finance Manager, Siemens Financial Services 
Siemens Financial Services is in strong growth and faces exciting challenges. We are now looking for a creative and business minded Nordic Captive Finance Manager to, together with Head of Captive Finance, Carl Ahlgren, drive the captive finance program between Siemens Financial Services and the industrial divisions of Siemens in the Nordics. This also includes responsibility of EPT (Extended Payment Terms).

The challenge
You will be responsible for establishing, developing and driving the captive finance program between Siemens Financial Services (SFS) and the industrial divisions of Siemens in the Nordics. You will be representing strategy, targets, execution and follow-up across SFS Nordics and Global Captive Finance Team.
You will also be responsible for supporting implementation of new products and solutions to foster new business volume and to enhance the relationship with Siemens divisions. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor for SFS Nordics C-level, in all strategic and operational topics related to captive program as well as representing SFS Nordics in the global Global Captive Finance Team.
You will work in close collaboration and shared ownership of new business volume with Head of Captive Finance, and you will work closely with the Nordic executive team members in all levels. In this role you report to Head of Captive Finance.
What you’ll bring
As a person you are driven, business minded and motivated by achievement of targets and results, with the “can do attitude”.  We expect you to have demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization as well as presenting in front of an executive-level audience.
We hope you have:
- Min. 3 years of experience of business development, project     management and/or management consulting. Experience of sales is   preferable.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Extensive experience delivering business development projects
- Ability to analyze existing processes and drive changes
- Excellent English language skills is required
