Role Summary/Purpose :
In this key role as an Nordic Application Specialist you will plan, coordinate and manage execution of the commercial and clinical strategy across Nordic with main focus on selling, developing and building up the PoC new market in Nordic hereunder application around anesthesia, emergence, critical care and MSK.


Essential Responsibilities :
You will interact frequently with a variety of application, marketing & sales people and act both as applications/sales person and as a coordinator for clinical initiatives/activities, including strategy plans, international & local events.
Plan, coordinate, develop & execute business strategy / GTM-plans across Nordic for the PoC field
Support direct and indirect distribution locally and following rules and regulation respectively
Leverage market research to strengthen our understanding of the different market dynamics to identify market and adjacent opportunities. Consolidate & develop qualitative + quantitative insights about customers across various care areas and countries
Product knowledge: Support advanced applications and product demonstrations to key customers.
Organize trainings for the sales and application teams to ensure they are capable to demonstrate and promote the benefits of our products.
EVENTS: Proactively and actively support –and often lead/coordinate- key events such as congresses, educational seminars/courses, NPI launches, Campaigns, etc, while ensuring marketing consistency
KOL’s: Help, Maintain, build and support a strong base of Nordics Luminaries across all countries
TRAINING: active role in defining and driving internal field training initiatives, external trainings to customers, being able to perform clinical speeches and to indirect distribution partners
COMPETITIVE: Consolidate, integrate and communicate competitive intelligence as appropriate
COMMUNICATION: Work comfortably in intercultural teams and establish & perform clinical communication channels for sales and application people. Deploy application tools, training delivery and education materials
Be actively involved in the Forecasting process and communicate PSI needs to the Segment Manager Nordic Ultrasound



Qualifications/Requirements :
Healthcare background: Sonographer, Nurse or a similar background from Hospital or any other ultrasound business
Sales skills and strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset
Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills on all organizational levels
Experiences in strategy planning and execution
Understanding of IT workflow and connectivity
Established relationships with key accounts
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English
