Nordic Customer Success Manager with understanding of IT products

The Company is a world leading search engine and one of the world’s most attractive employers and are now looking for a motivational, self-starter interested in education technology to support in delivering a well-managed, growing business, in both revenue and share produced through relationship excellence and sales practices.
The role is focused on account management and driving adoption through a blend of change management & transformative activities to deepen engagement across our tools and devices.
The candidate must have an understanding of educational software products and be able to implement these products and speak to their uses in a pedagogical environment.

The assignment is a full-time position and it is planned to start as soon as possible and will last for 12 months.


Requirements:

- Individuals considered must be driven, outgoing, motivated, and express a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Have proven track record in delivering on Sales targets
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Must be detailed oriented, organised and possess great communication skills (both written and -verbal)
- Knowledge of Chromebooks
- Experience in Sales and account management
- Experience in the Education sector, ideally they would also have experience working in a school
- Specialized knowledge in Swedish and Danish curriculum
- Swedish language required as well as fluency in English. Danish is preferred.



Responsibilities:

- Maintain customer relationship across larger portfolio of accounts
- Be trusted advisor to School Leaders and decision makers to help them achieve their broader EDU goals using Transformation resources
- Flag accounts who are ready for device refresh cycles, address competitive threats and close renewals
- Develop a strong and deepening customer relationship
- Have good brand awareness.
- Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks within a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong commitment to the team and the organisation's success
