At Ivbar we are developing software, based on methods and standard components used for advanced analysis of healthcare data. Our mission is to revolutionise healthcare by giving medical professionals easy-to-use tools to analyse data, share insights and thereby understand and improve their quality of care. To make this possible, we combine software developers with experts in medicine, mathematics, data science, health economics, epidemiology, and healthcare management.

We are now looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager that will play a key role in our future focus on client development and sales. It’s a chance of become a fundamental part of a company developing to a global player and a possibility to create something extraordinary with us!

Your role as Nordic Key Account Manager

As our new Nordic Key Account Manager you will join our fast growing sales and market team and be responsible for developing and lead our sales strategy within Sweden and the Nordic region. You report directly to our COO and also work close to our specialists in defined sales team. The team will focus on specific target groups and with your skills and experience you will contribute to market success by planning, account management and strategic prospecting. You will be able to approach different markets both through direct and indirect channel sales. You will drive growth within existing accounts as well as identifying and exploiting new opportunities in the defined market and work active with business development regarding products and product mix. You will also be accountable for your budget, make forecast and suggest strategic development projects. Together we share a long term profitable view.

Your skills and qualifications

You have

- a strong strategic and tactical ability in sales and marketing
- a good understanding of sales towards politically managed organizations.
- a well documented track record from creating new markets and skills in prospecting of new business
- good negotiation skills and confidently deal with all levels of decision makers
- experience from public tender procedures. Preferably, you also has an understanding of healthcare processes.


You have the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships and you already have an established network in the healthcare market in the Nordic region. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English (good understanding of any other Scandinavian language is a merit). In this position you also need to be able to travel.

You are a positive and creative team player who has the ability to both lead and be a part of a sales team. You are a confident and swift decision maker, able to deliver quality in a rapidly growing and changing business and always eager to new achievements.
