What will you do?
As Sales Support Manager, you will lead a team of 6 people working with customer bonuses and contracts, price adjustments, master data and system support. Your main objective is to ensure efficient sales support processes for the Nordic countries. You will prioritize resources within the group to get the most important tasks done to ensure that our strategic ambitions can be fulfilled. You will work with functions and people on all levels to drive improvement initiatives and solve operational issues. The role is both operational as well as a leadership role for the team. Your main tasks are:
• Responsible for optimization and ensuring well-functioning processes for the sales support processes.
• Responsible for securing a well-functioning organization and secure that the group is proactively represented in relevant groups/meetings.
• Drive optimal cooperation with all functions needed to ensure best optimized service for customers in the Nordics
• Administer the common mailbox for sales support
• Manage customer bonuses
• Administer data files for large customers
The position is located at our site just outside Malmö, and you will report to the Nordic Commercial Operations Manager.
Who are you?
As a person you have strong solid interpersonal skills with a sense of empathy towards your team members and customers. You are a natural leader and a team player with an open mindset and optimism as you are a good communicator and influencer. You are well organized and structured. You are disciplined and self-confident in your daily work.
You have previous business and leadership experience, preferably from commercial operations / sales support. You are skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and preferably you also have experience from SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX. You have a passion for continuous improvement and take every opportunity to make processes easier to use. You have a high service level and always work with customers best interest in mind. You need to have good command of both a Nordic language and English, verbal as well as in writing.
