Work description:


As a Nordic Supply Chain Finance Analyst with us, you will be an essential element in supporting the Country Finance Business Partner teams to deliver the Nordic Finance programme. This role contributes to the profitable growth agenda and provides cross-category and cross-country support focusing on supply chain cost.

- Securing quality and timely input of supply chain costs in monthly financial forecast

- Support in the controlling and analysis of the different items in Supply Chain Cost (actual and forecast) in collaboration with our supply chain company (USCC) based in Switzerland

- Analysis of Transfer Prices including price movements on product cost and commodity development, translate the information and provide advice and support for business decisions that affect the gross margin

- Ad-hoc analysis designed to identify trends and identify areas for improvement

- Support with preparation and analysis of gross margin bridges to understand main drivers and to drive continuous improvement

- Develop tools and prepare presentations as well as standard and ad-hoc reports

- Assist with the creation of the annual budget (Integrated Business Plan-IBP)

- Support the Nordic Finance Business partner Manager to drive initiatives in the finance agenda

Works effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement



Required Skills and Experience:

- Either a University degree in a related subject, eg Business Administration, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience from a similar work or 5+ years of proven work experience from a similar work.

- Experience in Supply chain Finance and a controlling background is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and be an effective communicator

- Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements

- Experience with SAP Business System ?ERP

- Energetic self-starter with good organizational skills

- Strong desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office

- Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written.
