Norwegian speaking Debt Collection Agent

As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm. Klarna´s Debt Collection Department´s primarily goal is to find customer targeted solution for the collection of receivables.

Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail, outbound calls and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore you are having contact with authorities and e-stores. You will also be working with administrative tasks. Working at our department, you'll develop your negotiation and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with the freedom to make your own decisions.

To succeed in this role you are a problem-solver with great social skills. You have a focused and structured approach and enjoy making your own decisions. We expect you to be reliable, dedicated, enjoyable to work with and have a strong desire to progress and learn new things. You are fluent in English and Norwegian.
