The Swatch Group Nordic söker nya medarbetare till vår svenska serviceavdelning.

The Swatch Group Nordic är ett helägt dotterbolag till Schweiziska The Swatch Group Ltd - världens största tillverkare av Schweiziska kvalitets ur, därtill hörande tidmätningsutrustning och annan mikroelektronik. Välkända varumärken som vi arbetar med i Norden är Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Certina, Calvin Klein, Swatch mfl. Inom gruppen finns totalt 18 varumärken. Reservdelslager och administration är centraliserat till Stockholm, medan service och försäljning är decentraliserat till respektive försäljningskontor som idag finns i Stockholm, Oslo, Köpenhamn samt Helsingfors. Stockholmskontoret är idag beläget i Liljeholmen men kommer inom en snar framtid att flytta till Fridhemsplan.

Serviceavdelningen i Stockholm består av sex urmakare samt en servicechef med två assistenter och hanterar ca 15 000 reparationsåtgärder per år till ca 400 återförsäljare i Sverige.

OMEGA Certified Trainer

Background:
Many private service centers in our Nordic Market has signed either Level 1, 2 or 3 SSPD (Selective Spare Parts Distribution) commitment declarations with OMEGA. They have all committed to fulfil equipment requirements and all Level 3 partners will need take part and pass the watchmaker evaluations (OWME) and the Co-Axial Escapement training.

Your role:
Your biggest task is to organize, perform and correct OWMEs as well as providing Co-Axial Escapement training and basic training for Sweden, Finland and Norway. You will also have a support role of answering any technical questions or providing assistance either telephonically or via e-mail. Travelling to other Nordic countries is a requirement and must be considered.

Your profile:
You are an educated watchmaker with several years of experience working with prestige and luxury range watches from Switzerland . You speak Swedish and English well enough to discuss and communicate accurately with your fellow trainers during your own intensive training, other Nordic languages are an advantage. You are independent, reliable and have a high sense of responsibility and commitment towards your work and the people who depend on you. You have good communication skills, patience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You are able to travel if needed and can work flexible hours to achieve your goals. A basic computer knowledge of Office programs is helpful.

Travelling is a must for your own training and could be a part of your work.
