Our offer
We are now looking for an Online Functional Designer to our department Online Capability/Online Projects within Customer Service Sweden. Online projects is responsible for the successful delivery of online projects for: CSO, Sales B2C, Sales B2B and Products and Solutions.

As an Online Functional Designer you will be part of an international team set up where you will be responsible for the description of the functional solution of changed or new to develop Internet Products. This includes: requirements collection with the product owner(s), writing the functional design and ensuring that the product owner(s), testers and developers understand the functional design of new internet application.

You will be the one in charge of the functional-design for, among others:
- My pages
- Sales pages/forms
- Service pages/forms open domain
- Customer Service knowledge system for Customer Service representatives

In the role you have to make sure that the functional design includes all user and business requirements, that it is clear to functional management to maintain the application, in addition is clear to IT to build the internet application and test to validate the application.

About you
You have a broad knowledge of:
- Methodologies, standards and tools for requirements collection and (web)functional design
- Basic knowledge of the backend systems such as SAP, SAP CRM, Siebel
- Microsoft Office and Visio
- The most common Project methods (agile, scrum)
- Internet best practices and tools
- Technical functioning of the Vattenfall websites
- At least 5 five years of relevant experience

As a person you are a team player and enjoy working in agile project environments. You are good in communication, both written and orally and find it easy to communicate on different levels (marketing, IT, analysts and customers). You speak English as well as Swedish.

Since you will be a part of an international team you need to have a willingness and mobility to work in the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden for international projects and stay abroad for a month for a project if needed.
