ONLINE MARKETING SPECIALIST


Education:
- University degree, ideally with focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Economics.


Languages:
- Fluent English language skills.


Experience:
- At least one year of experience in both SEO and SEM, or at least three years in SEO or SEM.
- Experience in promoting financial services is a benefit.


Characteristics:
- Innovative, precise, high sense of responsibility.
- Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and creatively with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with the ability to set and keep deadlines and commitments.
- Excellent resource planning skills and high sense of responsibility.


Specific requirements:
- Individually qualified according to Google Certification program as plus.
- Understanding of search engine rankings factors.
- Excellent web etiquette as well as strong online and offline social skills is required.
- Proficiency with Google tools - Analytics, Adwords as well as MS Excel and Word. HTML experience is a plus.



Main functions:
- Discuss and agree on yearly marketing plans and regular campaign plans with 4finance Group Chief Marketing Officer.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budget ensuring effective control of results vs. spending monthly.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign results, compile campaign case-study and share with Country Manager and Group marketing.
- Manage and monitor pay-per-click campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
- Analyze, report campaign results and make recommendations for new campaigns to the Country Manager and the 4finance Group executive in on-line marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
- Monitor, on an on-going basis, SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.
- Localize website to fit SEO and legal requirements.
- Create SEO friendly content and build authority back-links from relevant places.
- Work with web team and marketing team to ensure creative materials are in line with global branding.
