The area: Online Sales and Operations, Policy Enforcement
Our client's Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team focuses on building teams to drive scalable business operations for our rapidly growing business. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of users, partners and advertisers on a global basis, providing them with best-in-class service.
As a member of our Client's Enforcement team, Online Operations Associates are on the front-line in ensuring that every member of the Community adheres to our Policies & Terms of Use. Associates play an important role in the success of our product through evaluating content escalated to us by the user community and quickly analyzing that content for potential abuse. In addition, Associates are expected to perform other key Enforcement functions, from contributing to our spam fighting efforts to collaborating with other OSO team members to drive step improvements in the team's processes and tools.
Responsibilities include:
~ Review user-reported content and assess for policy compliance.
~ Approve or disapprove accounts based on program criteria.
~ Monitor major violators.
~ Provide excellent customer service to our users.
~ Collaborate with team members & engineering in the development of new internal tools.
~ Manage special projects to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications include:
~ Fluency or near-fluency in one of the following: Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Polish, or Swedish.
~ Must be able to work weekends.
~ Demonstrated Capacity for Critical Thinking and Analysis.
~ Strong Attention to Detail.
~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
~ Strong Work Ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
~ History of Proactive Leadership.
~ Quick Learner.
~ Displaying Adaptability & Flexibility.
~ High School Diploma required, BA/BS Strongly Preferred.
~ Knowledge & Familiarity with online technology.
~ Active Use of Internet & Online Applications.
~ Strong knowledge of current events.
