Operating Model Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Model Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Operating Model Business Consultant, you will work closely with OX2 stakeholders to assess, design, and implement an effective operating model that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, overall business performance and drive digital transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, operating model requirements and digital transformation goals.
§ Conduct comprehensive assessments of current operating models, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation as well as areas for digitalisation and process automation.
§ Develop and implement strategies to align operating models with business objectives, organisational structure, industry best practices and leveraging emerging digital technologies and best practices.
§ Design and document target operating models, including process flows, organisational structures, governance mechanisms, performance and metrics, digital technologies, data analytics, and automation into processes and workflows
§ Lead cross-functional teams to implement operating model changes, implement digitalisation initiatives, optimal use of digital tools and platforms and ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
§ Provide expert guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on change management strategies and stakeholder engagement including in the context of digital transformation.
§ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented operating models and use of digital tools and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
§ Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operating model design, digitalisation, data analytics and implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS
External qualifications
§ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Internal qualifications
§ Proven experience as an Operating Model Business Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in a consulting firm.
§ Strong knowledge of operating model concepts, methodologies, and frameworks with expertise in integrating digital technologies.
§ Demonstrated expertise in assessing, designing, and implementing operating models and digitalisation to drive organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
§ Proven experience from large scale ERP roll-outs or digital platform transformation programs.
§ Familiarity with emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, cloud computing, and data analytics.
§ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
§ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
§ Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
§ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
§ Flexibility to travel to OX2 sites as required.
