Operation Manager – Interior

We are looking for a dedicated Operation Manager to strengthen our Interior team. Your responsibility will be to run business development initiatives in the Interior area. You will also represent our unit in various company level meetings and business development related issues. You will support the Vice President, Unit Project Leaders and Module Team Directors with efficient follow-up systems and to track project deliveries. This role also supports the VP in the budget process. The role reports to Vice President.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Driving business development initiatives both on unit and company level
- Supporting Vice President, Unit Project Leader and Module Team Director with efficient follow-up systems
- Hosting the units intranet environment in SharePoint
- Keeping overview, planning and tracking of resource and budget planning of VP area
- Collecting and aggregating of information for VP area to ensure timely decisions and to ensure the overview of all projects
- Supporting VP and MTD’s in resource planning and coordinate the need of office space
- Supporting tracking of project deliveries and project target fulfillment
- Supporting task forces

Requirements

- BSc. or M.Sc. in engineering
- 3 to 5 years’ experience of Automotive engineering
- Experience of project management and business development
- Excellent in co-operation, networking, team-working
- You are a skilled user in Microsoft Office and you have minimum basic knowledge of Team Center Engineering
- Driven, problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
- Ability to travel
