Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.


Description
Our Manufacturing department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for an Operational Facility Maintenance Manager, who will report to our Facility Maintenance Manger. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as your role includes responsibility for the work areas
- construction,
- property maintenance,
- trucks,
- Central Supply and Customer Service

You will also
- coach your staff
- coordinate and plan the work within and between your functions
- ensure a maintained customer focus in your team
- have contacts with suppliers of services and materials


Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
- at least 7 years experience in property maintenance,
  preferably within all work areas above
- documented management experience
- driving license B 

You master English, both written and spoken.
