BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB is part of the BayWa r.e. Nordic AB based in Malmö, Sweden. Together we offer a full range of services, from initial feasibility studies, engineering and development to construction and commissioning, as well as operation of wind farms once in place. At BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB, we focus completely on operating wind farms.
We use state-of-the-art data management and monitoring to ensure high yields and availability as well as setting industry standards. Among our customers are international investment companies and energy companies.
What You Will Do
You will be the go-to person for our internal and external stakeholders under asset management, i.e. guidance of our daily operation, negotiations etc.
You will have the responsibility for our wind farms under asset management.
Furthermore, you will be running the monthly operations meetings with both customers and service suppliers in cooperation with other support functions.
Contribute to the development of analysis tools to evaluate the performance of and service activities on the fleet with the goal to improve energy production.
Contribute to enhancing our work process, knowledge management, internal tools & templates.
In your roll you will be reporting to our Head of Operations.



What You Bring
You have a relevant degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or similar technical background
You have some years of relevant work experience, preferably within the maintenance of renewable energy assets, high voltage power grid or IT/Digitalization
Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
Working with the MSO-solutions proves no challenge for you and you are especially fluent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience of SCADA systems as interface to the assets would be beneficial
You have a high sense of responsibility
You are elf-motivated and team oriented
You can be proactive and take initiative if needed
General technical and financial interest
We believe you are very interested in the on-going energy transition and would appreciate international experience in a multi-cultural environment
Driving license class B
