Arbetsuppgifter
The main purpose of the role is to:
• Plan/manage sales orders and to solve order cases together with front office, production units and warehouses.

The main focus is to:
• Deliver excellent performance in the operation in accordance with our customer promises.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage sales orders to meet our customers’ requested delivery times.
• Monitor and administrate order in various order processes; e.g. return, resale, order re-acknowledgement, order changes, delivery stop according to MAS and PRD process guidelines.
• Manage and solve order cases from the customer/market unit/warehouse/production within the global supply chain network.
• Manage order backlogs from productions units and warehouses and timely inform order delays to Front Office.
• Monitor inbound shipments to local warehouse.
• Manage customer unique supply chain order solutions.
• Act proactively and initiate corrective actions based on available information, in order to provide a high delivery precision to customers.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities together with Front Office, Process and Solution working group, warehouses and productions units focusing on supply chain delivery precision.
