Order Management SCM (Temporary contract)

You will be involved in ensuring that customer orders from our Sales team are transferred into production orders, work closely with our inside sales team and other Supply chain teams; Production planning and Logistics. We are currently 6 persons in the department of COM (customer order management) in SCM Avesta that aim to load the mill in an optimal way to keep customer promises and keep net working capital at targeted level.
About the role:
Ensure customer orders are transferred into production units
Give status updates and communicate with Sales teams
Analyze service level (delivery precision) and find continuous improvement actions needed
Collaborate with people in different departments, mills and levels
Temporary contract – 1 year


Who are you?
A Master's degree in relevant field (for example in logistics, industrial economic, information science, material or metallurgy)
1-2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage
Strong interest in local and international challenges and willingness to travel
High career aspirations with a hands-on attitude
Eagerness to learn and develop
Interest to work in different fields, willingness to take on new responsibilities and projects
Analytical ability and making provisions accordingly
Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)

You are flexible in your ways of working, and when the task is specified – take it on in an systematic and dedicated way. You are comfortable with having several projects in parallel and you are passionate about improvement work.
