General/Summary
The order and shipping department is a part of operations at BTG. Operations is the function which handles the process from customer order to delivery to BTG customers.The department handles roughly 2,500 sales orders per year. BTG is a global supplier, with customers all over the world.
Responsibilities
The daily work consists of mostly order handling activities.
§ Provide information to sales
§ Process sales orders
§ Communicate closely with production
§ Create order confirmations with delivery times
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
§ Good skills and experience in international trade.
§ Good analytical skills.
§ Good social skills.
§ Awareness of different cultures and ability to adapt.
§ Good communication skills, verbally and orally.
§ Good flexibility.
Required Education/Experience
§ Minimum 5 years’ experience from order processing and/or logistics in industrial business.
§ Speaking and writing fluent Swedish and English.
