Sandvik Materials Technology (SMT) is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a world-leading manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced stainless steels, special alloys, as well as metallic and ceramic resistance materials for the most demanding industries.

We are now looking for an Organizational Excellence Coach, who wants to work with global contacts and interesting internal customers. The position is located in Sandviken.

Key performance areas
As Organizational Excellence Coach your main responsibilities include to actively develop the SMT Business System by:

- Planning and facilitating SMT Business system workshops and audits
- Planning and leading training in the SMT Business System standards
- Supporting the line organization in creating SMT Business system implementation plans
- Coaching the line organization in SMT Business system tools, methods and ways of working
- Leading the development of new standards within SMT Business System
- Collecting, documenting and sharing best practice within the company

The position requires travelling.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree relevant to the position or similar knowledge acquired in another manner. You have solid knowledge about LEAN Systems and LEAN implementation and extensive expertise from at least one functional area, such as manufacturing, sales and marketing, product development, purchasing or other relevant staff functions. You have experience from a leading position as well as from successful change initiatives within the industrial sector. Experience from change management is a prerequisite and experience from coaching senior leaders, and skills in project management are advantageous. Furthermore you have good knowledge of MS Office, and great communication skills, both in English and Swedish.

As a person you are an energizing, communicative and pedagogical teacher and facilitator with a burning interest in coaching others. Additionally, you must be independent and willing to take the initiative in solving problems, as well as able to work well with others, in order to achieve the best possible results. Good business awareness and entrepreneurial qualities are also essential for this position.
