For our Gothenburg office we are looking for a fulltime:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLYEE M/F

Tasks and responsibilities:
. To look after export / import shipments
. To maintain internal and external contacts with shippers, offices overseas and agents
. To co-ordinate hauliers
. To handle the administrative part of the deepsea transports
. To prepare and take care of necessary documentation

Profile:
. MBO certificate, preferably in a logistical direction
. Experience in the field of intermodal and maritime transport
. Swedish (mothertongue), English and German language
. Experience with operational IT systems
. Preferably knowledge of customs legislation
. Good communicative skills
