The headquarter is based in Solna. At the brewery in Falkenberg we produce beer and soft drinks and natural mineral water is tapped at our water plant in Helsingborg.

The role is based at our production site in Falkenberg, Sweden. You will report directly to the Swedish Production Director and be part of the Swedish Production leadership team.

Primary responsibilities
You will be responsible for three departments; PET, Can and Glass & Keg. Each department has a Production Leader with full responsibility for budget & personnel. Totally there are 80-100 employees/subordinates depending on season who are working in various shifts. The budget is around 100 MSEK.

Duties for Packaging Manager:
• Ensuring the department Management Control and Reporting System(MCRS) is maintained and the Performance Management System (PMS) complied with according to group standards and spirit
• Ensuring standardised problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day and chronic problems.
• Responsible for the development of People (Managers and Technicians) in line with company guidelines - competencies and skills are developed and progressed to an agreed department vision
• Contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team
• Ensuring the sharing of best practices within the site and with group counterparts.
• Supporting group packaging and processing initiatives
• Process Confirmations at defined frequencies for area standard operating procedures
• Soft drinks to be managed by Packaging Manager if Plant is physically located in the B&P Area

Requirements
We want you to have academic skills with a Master degree or MBA in Engineering or equivalent and a solid and extensive experience from other production-related positions. We also want you to have experience of working with union relations and negotiations. You need to have good language skills in Swedish and English.

We see that you possess a capacity for overall strategic thinking, that you are results oriented and have good leadership skills. You have good interpersonal skills and work in a structured and systematic way.
