Are you experienced in Pattern Making and knitwear, and looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for fashion and the Divided customer? Then we have an exciting opening for you as a Pattern Maker in the Knitwear team at Divided!
Working at Divided
At Divided you will be part of a fast pace environment and work with youthful and edgy products that welcome everyone. Our customers are fashion-conscious young women between the age of 15 to 21 that flock to Divided for clothing that expresses the most current in fashion. All products are to be in line with the division’s trends and keys to build a strong assortment that will be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world.




Job Description


As Pattern Maker you will work in close together with the product team to create the best products for the Divided customer. In the product team you will work in close collaboration with Product Developers, Designers and Product Manager, driving the product development in a responsible way with sustainability and profitability in focus. Your responsibility will be creating the best fit, size and silhouettes for our target customer and work actively with production to find efficient and sustainable solutions. This includes driving a clear and relevant size, fit & silhouette strategy for the target customer, and identify, evaluate and act on how materials will affect fit and silhouette. You constantly follow, identify and react on assortment opportunities and risks, based om selling, customer insights, feedback and surrounding analysis together with the team.




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we believe that you have previous experience working with knitwear. You have a passion for fashion and the Divided customer, seeing all the opportunity for creativity and innovation this this category allows for. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of responsibility and a sustainability mindset is something that drives you. We believe you can find new ways of improving existing and new technical details, shape, and fits. Further, we believe you:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pattern Maker in knitwear
Have a degree in pattern making, sewing and design courses
Skilled in Shima and Lectra Expert
Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems
Are passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading
Good knowledge of yarns and materials
Can “think outside the box” and be a visionary for the concept
Like to guide, involve, and inspire the team
Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions- Growth mindset





Additional Information


This is a full-time temporary position for 11 months with possible extension, placement in Stockholm.
